HSI's Electrical Safety: General Awareness online course provides foundational knowledge on identifying and addressing electrical hazards in various workplace settings. This course is tailored for employees who work around electricity but do not engage in high-voltage or advanced electrical tasks.

  • Understanding how electricity functions and recognizing its potential hazards, such as shock, fire, and burns.

Note: This course does not address arc-flash hazards, lockout/tagout procedures, or high-voltage (220V or 440V) safety practices.

No opened books may be returned or refunded. Books may not be issued during class and then returned. Books may not be shared—this is per American Heart Association guidelines. Each student must have their own current book to attend class.
