📋 What You’ll Need to Bring to the Party

  • 🔥 A current ENPC Provider Card (no expired cards, no exceptions)
  • 🧠 Score 90% or higher on the online provider exam and psychomotor skills test
  • 💻 Complete all assigned online modules
  • 👩‍🏫 Be present and fully participate in the entire live training
  • 📝 Finish and submit the course evaluation

⚡ Important Reminders

  • 🕒 If it's been more than 90 days since your ENPC Provider Course, you’ll need to pass a pre-test within 28 days before the instructor class.
  • 📧 Watch for an email from enau@ena.org:
    • ✅ You will have two attempts to score 90% or better.
    • 🚨 If unsuccessful, you must contact the Course Director immediately to withdraw.

🚨 Must-Know In-Person Policy

All precourse work (modules, testing, evaluation) MUST be completed 72 hours before class day.

👉 Miss the deadline = dropped from the class and no refund.

👉 Communication is critical — respond quickly to your instructor’s emails to stay in the course!

BOOK POLICY

If you purchase a book through our web page and it has not been issued to you yet, Central Valley Medical will be more than happy to refund you the amount you paid for the book, or you may arrange to come by our office and pick it up. No opened books may be returned or refunded for any reason. Books may not be issued during the course and then returned for a refund, Including if they have been unopened. Books may also not be shared during the course; this is against American Heart Association rules and guidelines. Each student must have their own current book; this is per AHA rules in order to attend an AHA course and is not a Central Valley Medical rule.
