📋 What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 🔥 A current ENPC Provider Card (still valid — no exceptions)
  • 🧠 Score 90% or better on the online provider exam and virtual psychomotor skills test
  • 💻 Complete all assigned online modules
  • 🎥 Fully attend the live Zoom sessions and actively participate throughout
  • 📝 Submit your course evaluation electronically

🛑 Before You Register — Important Steps

  • 📚 Have your ENPC 6.0 Provider Manual physically with you (or digital version if allowed).
  • ✍️ Provide a letter of recommendation OR be a verified IP Candidate.
  • 📇 Current ENPC Provider Card required (no exceptions).

  • 🕒 If it's been over 90 days since your Provider course, you’ll need to ace the pre-test within 28 days before your virtual instructor course.
  • 📧 Watch your email for test instructions from enau@ena.org:
    • ✅ Two chances to pass at 90%.
    • 🚨 Didn’t make it? Contact the Course Director right away — no ghosting!

All precourse work (modules, testing, practice sessions) MUST be completed 72 hours before the live session.

BOOK POLICY

If you purchase a book through our web page and it has not been issued to you yet, Central Valley Medical will be more than happy to refund you the amount you paid for the book, or you may arrange to come by our office and pick it up. No opened books may be returned or refunded for any reason. Books may not be issued during the course and then returned for a refund, Including if they have been unopened. Books may also not be shared during the course; this is against American Heart Association rules and guidelines. Each student must have their own current book; this is per AHA rules in order to attend an AHA course and is not a Central Valley Medical rule.
